POST BRAND – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. General

Post Brand, LLC D.B.A. POST is a lifestyle and skate boutique offering new and vintage skate goods, apparel, and collectibles. By purchasing from us (in-store, online, or via direct sale), you agree to the following terms.

 

2. All Sales Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Due to the nature of vintage and collectible items, no refunds will be issued once a sale is completed.
  • Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

3. Condition of Goods

  • Vintage and collectible items may show wear, aging, or imperfections.
  • All items are sold as-is.
  • We do our best to accurately describe condition, but buyer acknowledges natural variance.

4. Returns & Exchanges (New Products Only)

  • In-Store Exchanges = New, unused items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days with receipt.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resellable condition
  • No returns or exchanges on:
    • Used skateboards or equipment
    • Sale items
    • Vintage or collectible goods

5. Skateboarding Risk Disclaimer

Skateboarding is inherently dangerous. By purchasing and/or using products sold by Post:

  • You assume all risk associated with use
  • Post is not liable for injury, damage, or loss

6. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Inventory is limited, especially for rare/vintage items
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

7. Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Local delivery is offered within select areas of Dallas
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • In-store pickup requires valid confirmation and ID if requested

8. Payment Terms

  • We accept approved payment methods in-store and online
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:
    • Order cancellation
    • Refusal of future service
    • Legal action if necessary

9. Consignment / Third-Party Sales (If Applicable)

  • Some items may be sold on behalf of third parties
  • Post Skate Brand is not responsible for long-term condition changes after sale
  • All consignment sales follow the same final sale policy

10. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, and content are property of Post Skate Brand
  • Cannot be used without written permission

11. Limitation of Liability

Post Skate Brand shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or opportunity
  • Product misuse or modification

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


13.) Retailer & Reseller Status

  • Post Skate Brand operates as an independent retailer and reseller of skateboarding products and apparel.
  • We do not manufacture the products we sell.
  • All trademarks, brand names, and product rights belong to their respective owners.
  • Any product defects, performance issues, or warranty claims are the responsibility of the original manufacturer, not Post Skate Brand.
  • Our role is strictly to curate, source, and resell products.

15. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

  • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact Post Skate Brand first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
  • Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in:
    • Permanent ban from future purchases
    • Collection efforts for recovered funds, fees, and damages
  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of transaction, delivery, and communication to payment processors.

16. Manufacturer Defects (New Products)

 

  • New products (including but not limited to wheels, trucks, and apparel) are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
  • Post Skate Brand is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
  • Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
  • We may assist as a courtesy but are not obligated to replace or refund.

17. Shipping Policy & Damage Claims

 

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  • Post Skate Brand is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
  • If a package arrives damaged:
    • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Customer must retain all packaging and provide photos
    • Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier

18. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • Returned shipments due to address errors

 

 

 

19. Used Equipment Disclaimer

 

  • Any used skateboard equipment is sold strictly as-is for display or collector purposes unless otherwise stated
  • Not guaranteed for active skate use

20. Fraud Prevention

 

  • Orders may be subject to verification (ID, signature confirmation, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud
