Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by product and location. Once an item has shipped, risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided.
Once your order is marked as shipped and tracking is provided, liability passes to the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Delayed
- Marked “Delivered” but not received
- Damaged Boxes
We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance, or adding signature confirmation at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. However, in certain cases, shipping times may vary.
Please note:
- Collectible items on consignment may require additional handling time before shipment, depending on the consignor’s availability and transfer process.
- Special orders or customer-requested products may involve longer lead times due to sourcing or manufacturer wait times.
We will notify you if your order is subject to a delay beyond the standard window. You will always receive tracking information once your item has shipped.
